Delivery free of charge:
Please note that the minimum order value for free delivery has been lowered to 30,000 HUF on the 10th of December 2016. Delivery prices for orders below 30,000 HUF vary depending on parcel weight. Please find additional information in related K2 news.

Delivery of bikes is not free of charge.

GLS Parcel Services is our partner in delivering your order to almost anywhere world-wide. Our customers can choose from different payment and shipping solutions:

  1. In-store pickup facility: This is a comfortable solution for those customers who have the possibility to come to the K2 Ski and Snowboard Centre and pick up the ordered product/s within 3 days with of course no surcharge. Payment: cash, bank card, health fund membership card
  2. Door-to-door delivery inside Hungary: details Your order is delivered within 24-96 hours when choosing GLS Classic-Service as means of delivery. GLS runs on weekdays only. Confirmed incoming orders that are registered in our system before 10 a.m. are on their way to their destination the same day. Delivery cost depends on the ordered product's weight.
    Payment: bank transfer, cash-on-delivery and from 27 August (2008) payment by bank card is a new option. If you choose cash-on-delivery there is an additional handling fee added to delivery costs. (Please see Domestic shipping – Rules and regulations on the website for further details.)


International shipping:

Our customers can not only order and buy our products regardless of their country of residence but they can also have our products delivered to their door. GLS Express and Parcel Services offers different solutions depending on the customer’s country of residence.

  • A GLS Classic parcel –depending on the distance it has to travel - reaches its destination and is delivered in only 1-5 days due to GLS’s highly effective international network. details
  • GLS international shipment solutions offer remarkably fast, reliable and economical air transport to K2 customers. details Payment: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal



No further charge is made for packing.

Customers have the opportunity to cancel their order before delivery of the ordered product/s on the +36 1 453 0819 telephone number or via e-mail at without cancellation fee.

Right and means of purchase refusal and product return:

Should a customer decide to return the product after delivery he or she has 14 days to do so with no consequences whatsoever as to statutory order nr. 17/1999 (II.5) (Agreement between absent parties). The customer’s right to return the purchased product takes effect upon successful delivery. The product has to be returned undamaged and with the receipt to K2’s address. K2 Ski and Snowboard Centre and K2 Bike Shop is to return the full purchase price if the product returned is undamaged in completeness and packed as originally. Returning the product/s purports no additional costs for the customer. Return however is possible only either personally or -after notifying K2 customer service- by means of GLS Express and Parcel Services.
