DPD services system – the benefits:

  • Door-to-door shipment to all addresses
  • Standard delivery time of just 1 day in case of domestic shipping
  • Rate of successful next-day delivery: 95%
  • Two delivery attempts without additional charge
  • Includes insurance of up to € 500, higher insurance available
  • Online shipment tracking - free of charge, online proof of delivery, including recipient's confirmation of receipt (P.O.D), online consignment status: up-to-date shipping information (I.O.D. = information of delivery)
  • Customer services 8am-6pm
  • Additional services available- higher insurance as a customer with a service contract at any time.
